Staff are truly awful. Was served today by a blonde girl who didn't even look at my face, never mind acknowledge me and my son's. Hilarious! (not). It also took ages to get served a lane and shoes.. Ages! We were the only people waiting and the majority of the lanes were free. Been three times recently. Bad each time. Cheshire Oaks ain't far - Spend your money there if you can get there!

Only gave 1 star because I had to to be able to leave a review. Terriblely rude security and staff, weak manager. Don't bother going... From what I witnessed last night the security guard has nothing better to do than pick on decent kids he takes a dislike to. A bully and an absolute idiot. Dont waste your time here and don't trust them to have your kids best interests at heart if your think they are going to be ok here over the Summer holidays... I intend to put what happened in a formal letter too. It was disgraceful....

Also, it is often full of multiple, big groups of kids. It's not great but usually fine, although today there was a group of gypsy lads (very distinctive accents). They would come and stand close to you watching qhat you were doing.. Not sure why. There were plenty of 'security' guys milling about as a result but the general vibe wasn't great. My two kids are only very little. Worse today than when I've been previously.

Rude security staff and couldn't care less manager. Will be back tomorrow and make full complaint. Manager in charge was too scared to take any complaints
